Expected Research Outcomes:

  • Structural and thermal stability of the proposed double perovskites will be investigated to find a stable compound.
  • Obtained result will give a better insight of the optoelectronic and thermoelectric properties of A2InXO6 (A= Ca, Sr, Ba and X= As, Sb, Bi) double perovskites.
  • We shall be able to predict which one of the proposed perovskites is more suitable for photovoltaic application.
