- The study aims to offer insights that can aid in the promotion of decent work and sustainable economic growth SDG 8 by scrutinizing the correlation between career decision-making and job insecurity.
- It seeks to identify factors that can enhance job stability and security, ultimately leading to improved working conditions and better economic opportunities for individuals in Bangladesh.
- The study findings will have various theoretical and practical implications in different aspects of career including career decision making, career satisfaction, career counseling etc.
- In addition, this research will unravel the relationship of the mentioned factors which will help both employers and employee in Bangladesh for making proper career decision in different areas including professional and career development.
