Expected Research Outcomes:

  • Year-round research for design and simulation will be obtained as a research output.
  • The effects of different element sensitivity will be investigated.
  • To make the better efficient sensor and fabrication friendly.
  • Relative sensitivity/amplitude sensitivity, power factor, confinement loss, Effective mode area and birefringence value will be calculated.
  • Finally, a guideline/direction on future PCF chemical sensor will be provided.
