Expected Research Outcomes:

  • The study will show the intention to purchase secondhand smartphone and smartphone repairment intention in the context of TPB model.
  • The TPB model will be extended with the inclusion of the variable novelty seeking in the context of sustainable consumption practice.
  • The underlying reasons and barriers related with secondhand smartphone purchase and smartphone repairment intention will be identified through FGD discussions.
